In general, PLA excels due to its remarkable properties, such as rapid melting and solidification, along with the ability to print negative slopes with ease. It produces surfaces with precise details and exceptional quality. Boasting high strength, it’s well-suited for a wide range of general and non-specialized applications. Naturally biodegradable, it leaves a minimal environmental footprint, generates fewer pollutants, and, most notably, emits no unpleasant odors.
As all filaments naturally absorb moisture—a factor that can cause significant issues like reduced print quality and compromised durability of printed parts—we act swiftly after production. We place silicagel, the most efficient moisture absorbent, into the filament packaging, then vacuum-seal it at 20 bars of pressure using advanced equipment before final packaging.
